Return Policy

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your Rexdrone products, you may return your items. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please review the below stated return guidelines.

Returns.
Rexdrone will accept returns on items that have been purchased less than thirty (3) days prior to the date of the return claim. Buyer must pay return shipping and any costs related to shipping, including customs and import / export fees to the return destination. Return merchandise that is dirty, worn, scratched, broken, or incomplete will not be reimbursed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days of return approval.
Restocking.
Because the process and cost of shipping overseas is expensive, the return amount issued will be less a fifty-five dollar restocking fee.
